Quentin Boutique Hotel, Berlin

When looking for a place to stay for our time in Berlin I was completely overwhelmed by the sheer amount of options - I cannot tell you how many hours were spent scrolling online trying to decide which place fit the bill. As soon as I stumbled across the Quentin Boutique however, I was sold - it took as long as walking from the computer to my wallet and back again before I was on the payment page! I'm sure looking at these pictures you will understand why; much like the city of Berlin itself this hotel is modern and clean but with a big ole' dose of arty and classic personality.

As soon as we walked through the doors into the glossy black and gold reception we knew we were in for a treat.

The room was clean and simple, with bold punches of black and an amazing statement piece of artwork. As for the bed - it was enormous and ridiculously comfy (very welcome after our long journey).

I am always a happy bunny when a hotel has a desk space for me to work from - perfect for emails on the go.

The bathroom was a real treat in checkerboard marble with a huge station which was great for getting ready. There was also an electrical blind which could be opened to let more daylight in which was a really nice touch.

We had such a relaxing stay in which I slept like an actual baby and I would recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone looking for something classic but quirky in Berlin.

The logistics: The Quentin Boutique Hotel is a ten minute overground ride from Berlin's main train station. Whilst we weren't in walking distance of the main tourist attractions I honestly couldn't have been happier with the location as the area was gorgeous; dotted with independent stores, restaurants and even a macaroon shop! As well as this it was so easy to get in and out of town it made no odds to us at all.

I would also like to add how impressed we were with the hotel staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful - happy to sort us out with maps, recommendations and directions when we needed them.

I booked my stay at the Quentin Boutique Hotel through Booking.com.
